My name is Amarachi Wachuku, and I founded Applied Wisdom Solutions from a deep desire to help people find clarity in moments that feel complex, uncertain, or overwhelming.

My background is in public health, research, program development, and community engagement. Over the years, I’ve worked alongside nonprofits, grassroots leaders, and mission-driven organizations that carried powerful visions but were often stretched thin by systems that didn’t quite fit their reality.

I created AW to be a bridge between wisdom and innovation.

At its heart, AW is about asking better questions, designing thoughtful systems, and using technology—especially AI—in ways that honor people, purpose, and capacity. I believe tools should serve humans, not pressure them. And that clarity, when offered with care, can be deeply empowering.

My work is guided by faith, ethical stewardship, and a commitment to equity. I’m especially passionate about supporting small businesses, nonprofits, and BIPOC innovators who are building solutions for the good of their communities, often with limited resources but immense vision.

Through assessments, consulting, research, and emerging grant programs like the AW Microgrant, my hope is to help leaders and helpers feel less alone and more confident in being a leader of their business.

At AW, I get to do what I love most: help people imagine new possibilities, design better systems, and move forward into a future full of confidence, grace, and excellence.
